We do not use tracking cookies or collect browsing data beyond what your own browser shares by default with our hosting provider.
Exclusively to respond to your request for information or an audit, and to contact you by email or WhatsApp regarding that request. We do not use your data for any other purpose, nor add it to mailing lists without your explicit consent.
The consent you give by voluntarily submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to commercial inquiries addressed directly to us.
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. Form data is processed through our own self-hosted automation infrastructure (n8n); it is not sent to advertising networks or commercial intermediaries.
For as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a subsequent business relationship requires a different retention period.
You have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request data portability, by writing to automate@mtsystems.es. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
